2. Scope of Business

The store sells Filipino food products. Orders and deliveries are available exclusively within Poland.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders may be placed online 24/7.
Payments are processed via Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.), including BLIK, payment cards, and instant bank transfers.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier companies or parcel locker services.
The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days.
Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • perishable food products,
  • sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the returned goods should be sent to the following address:

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the seller agrees otherwise.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 21 December 2025.
In case of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.
